Process-Stages of Fuel Tank Construction
1. Dimensions & Capacity
After communication, we determine your needs and decide the dimensions and capacity of your fuel tank.
2. Selection of Construction Material
The material of the fuel tank is usually iron, but by arrangement it may also be 304 or 316L stainless steel.
3. Design & Construction
Selection of suitable cross section & tank study – design by a mechanical engineer. The construction of your fuel tank is carried out according to the current standards & regulations.
4. Fuel Tank Equipment
The necessary equipment of your fuel tank is selected and installed according to the applicable ADR standards.
5. Tests & Painting
Radiographs of the welds and hydraulic endurance test of the tank are performed. Anti-corrosion tank paint follows.
6. Delivery of Fuel Tank
Your fuel tank is delivered with all the necessary documents (certificates of materials and equipment).
7. Optional Tank Equipment & Services
Optionally and by arrangement, you can take advantage of additional equipment and services provided by us:

After choosing the appropriate cross section and tank study (by mechanical design), the construction of the tank starts.
4. Water Tank Equipment
The appropriate equipment of your water tank is installed, accompanied by its certificates:

5. Test
A hydraulic endurance test of the tank is performed.
