To ensure the quality and accuracy of the measurements, the volumetric measurements are always performed in the presence of an engineer and by competent and trained personnel, in accordance with the requirements of the ELOT EN ISO \/ IEC 17025: 2005 standard and the criteria of ESYD to perform fluid volume measurements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tank’s volume measurement is performed with:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Calibrated volumetric containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Electronic level indicator rods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 High precision resistance thermometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Data collection computers.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

1. Appointment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It is preceded by communication for scheduling an appointment and performing the tank’s volume measurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Ventilation & Gas Free Tank<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The tank must be empty and have a gas free certificate before starting the titration. The test will take about 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Vehicle parking and alignment – leveling it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Gradually fill the tank with water, according to a calibrated volumetric container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Record water temperature in each filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Record the indications of the water level in the tank after each drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Necessary Documents<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the day of the tank’s audit as you submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Vehicle license<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Volumetric of the tank<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Previous Test Sheets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 ADR Approval Certificate from K.T.E.O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Speed Limiter Certificate (where required)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) Certificate, (if retrofitted and where necessary)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Certification of Piping System without Possibility of Oil Suction (Government Gazette 4913 \/ \u0392 \/ 2018, where this is necessary).<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
